Student Examination Instructions

“Ensuring Fair and Smooth Conduct of Examinations”

All students must adhere to these guidelines to maintain academic integrity during examinations.

General Examination Rules

Important: Once you enter the examination hall, you are governed by examination rules and will not be permitted to leave until the specified time ends.

Examination Hall Conduct
  • Arrive at the Examination Hall 30 minutes before commencement
  • Maintain strict silence throughout the examination
  • Verify you receive the correct question paper before starting
  • You are responsible for handing your answer script to the invigilator

Prohibited Items & Actions

Strictly Forbidden:
  • Cell phones or electronic gadgets (except simple scientific calculator)
  • Watches of any kind
  • Books, notebooks or written material
  • Wallets or purses
  • Personal mathematical/data tables
Prohibited Actions:
  • Writing register number/name except on front page
  • Writing on question paper (except register number)
  • Having write-ups on body/garments
  • Exchanging any materials (calculators, stationery, etc.)
  • Assisting others or allowing copying

Mandatory Documents

Must Bring to Every Exam:
  • Hall Ticket – Original copy only
  • Photo ID Card – College ID or Government issued
Malpractice Warning:

Observers and Flying Squad members are authorized to check any candidate inside or outside the examination hall for malpractice detection.
