Agricultural Engineering

About the Department:

The Department of Agricultural Engineering at ABRCET was established in 2014 with an initial intake of 60 students. Since then, it has been dedicated to delivering high-quality education and hands-on training in agricultural technology, mechanization, soil conservation, and sustainable farming. The department focuses on bridging traditional farming methods with modern technological advancements, equipping students with essential skills to enhance productivity and efficiency in agriculture. Starting in their second year, students receive specialized training to prepare them for careers in government agencies, agribusiness industries, farm machinery companies, research institutions, and other agricultural sectors.

The department emphasizes a balanced approach by integrating theoretical learning, laboratory experiments, and field exposure, fostering innovation, research, and technical expertise. With a strong commitment to excellence, the department ensures that graduates contribute to the growth and modernization of the agricultural industry.
